Gilets/Waistcoats
In 2007 kwam Wil van Schaijk via vrijwilligerswerk bij het kledingdepot van de Wereld Missiehulp in Antwerpen in het bezit van 30.000 katoenen kindergiletjes.
In 2007 Wil van Schaijk was given 30 000 cotton children’s waistcoats through her work at the cloths deposit of the World Mission Help in Antwerp.

Versier een gilet voor uzelf, voor een kind, stimuleer kinderen giletjes te versieren, ga met uw handwerkgroep aan de gang, of zet een project op met school, buurthuis of werkgroep. U bent vrij de giletjes te houden of terug te sturen voor verkoop in Nederland of toezending naar Congo. Kosten voor het terugsturen van de versierde giletjes zijn voor u.
Alle versierde giletjes krijgen een goede bestemming.
Decorate a waistcoat for yourself, for a child, encourage children to decorate waistcoats, have a go at it with your bee, or start a project at school, community centre or workgroup. You are free to keep the waistcoats or send them back to be sold in the Netherlands or to be send to Congo. Return costs are for you.
All decorated waistcoats will get a good destination.
